Pastor Fabiano is a humble man of God who has sacrificed much to minister the Gospel to the children of Zambia.  An accountant by profession, he left the business world several years ago to start New Creation Christian Fellowship and Outreach Community School.
Along with his wife, Iness, they lead the ministry we are partnering with.  

Pastor and Iness Chiluba began OCS in 2004 as a ministry and educational opportunity to orphans and other vulnerable children in the Kabanana community who could not afford the fees to attend a government school.  Since then the school has been housed in several rented facilities which have all been inadequate for the 150 children who attend on a regular basis.  Pastor Chiluba and his family now live in a two-room rented house closer to the school in order to be more available to the children and the community.  His oldest son is 16 and is enrolled in Grade 10 in a boarding school near Lusaka.  Their other children include Joshua(14), who attends a government school,  Faith (7) and Tyra (3) who attend OCS.  Pastor Chiluba and family have sacrificed much but they praise God for His vision and provision for the school and the outreach to these precious children.
